Ingredients:
1 lb Onions
Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
Cooking Instructions:
Thinly slice the onions and spread slices in a single layer on paper towels. Leave to dry for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Heat the oil and fry the onions in batches, until crisp and golden, turning all the time. Drain well on paper towel, cool and store in an airtight container.
