Ingredients:
2/3 cup Olive Oil
6 tbsp Capers, drained
6 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
6 Anchovy Fillets, chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 large Garlic Cloves, halved
Cooking Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until coarse puree forms. Season sauce with salt and pepper.

Cover and chill for up to 1 day.
Serving Suggestions:
This one is great with crab or fish cakes.
