Ingredients:
4 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp chives
2 green onions
2 tbsp capers (rinsed)
1 tbsp tarragon
2 tbsp wine vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Add everything to a blender and puree until smooth. Can keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Serving Suggestions:
Goes great as a dip for grilled meats and veggies as well as with deep fried items such as oil fondue, onion rings, tempura etc.
